The Olmeca Altos Tequila Blanco represents the outcome of a notable collaboration between respected international mixologists and a seasoned master distiller. With contributions from prominent UK bartenders Henry Besant and Dre Masso along with the expertise of master distiller Jesús Hernández, this tequila embodies a rich heritage of agave spirit production.
Sourced from the distinguished highlands of Los Altos in Jalisco at an altitude of 2104 metres, this 100% agave beverage is produced using time-honoured traditional methods. Its production includes an age-old tahona technique paired with careful distillation in small copper pot stills, ensuring a spirit that remains true to its origins.
