This dry-hopped Tripel marries traditional Belgian brewing artistry with bold New World techniques. This robust 9.5% ABV triple undergoes oak aging for added complexity, developing subtle vanilla and wooden undertones that complement its classic Belgian yeast character. Albertan and International malts give a balancing body and smooth mouth feel. A generous dry-hopping regimen adds bright aromatic layers of peach and citrus, while the finish remains surprisingly light and sharp – masking its considerable strength with elegant finesse. To be sipped while contemplating life, or shared in good company this is an intriguing twist on the time-honored triple style.
