A true Louisville original. Old Forester Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky 100 Proof stands as a benchmark for balance, body, and boldness—just as it has since George Garvin Brown first sealed his signature on the label in 1870. Bottled at a robust 100 proof, it delivers full flavor without overwhelming heat, making it both a versatile workhorse for cocktails and a joy to savor neat.
Aromas of rich caramel, dried orange peel, and baking spice rise from the glass. On the palate, you’ll find layers of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, cinnamon, and a touch of oak char. The texture is creamy yet firm, resulting in a long finish of vanilla, nutmeg, and a peppery warmth. Every sip reminds you why Old Forester remains one of bourbon’s most reliable, character-driven names—authentic, affordable, and consistently excellent.
