Beer Description
This Pale Ale pours a bright, clear copper-gold with a resilient, lacy white head.
Aroma: It features a forward hop profile dominated by citrus and tropical fruit notes, such as grapefruit and passionfruit, backed by a subtle piney resin and a light caramel malt base.
Palate: The flavor is a harmonious blend of zesty citrus and stone fruit. A clean, biscuity malt sweetness provides a sturdy foundation that balances the assertive hop bitterness.
Profile: It has an ABV of 5.4% and a moderate bitterness of 42 IBU, giving it enough bite to be flavorful without being overwhelming.
Technical Notes: Brewed with a blend of classic and modern North American hops. The malt bill is carefully selected to provide enough body to support the hop oils, resulting in a crisp and refreshing finish.
