OGACRLA Freeze-Dried Lime Powder is a 1.25 lb, additive-free, instant lime juice alternative that delivers bright citrus flavor and vitamin C without added sugar.
If you want the fresh, zesty taste of lime year-round without squeezing fruit, this lightweight freeze-dried powder recreates lime juice flavor in drinks, baking, marinades, and smoothies. Because it’s made from real limes and processed by freeze-drying, the powder keeps much of the original aroma and nutrients while dissolving quickly into liquid. Its neutral shelf-stable format also saves prep time and reduces waste compared with fresh limes.
How does this powder compare to fresh lime juice?
The freeze-drying process removes water while locking in the lime’s flavor compounds and vitamin C, so you get a concentrated citrus taste that’s convenient and long-lasting. It’s not identical to freshly squeezed juice in texture, but it closely matches the bright flavor and acidity for culinary uses.
- Made from 100% real limes with no added sugar or additives
- Concentrated flavor — one tablespoon per serving approximates fresh lime impact
- Longer shelf life and easier storage than fresh fruit
- Quickly dissolves into liquids for immediate use
How do I use OGACRLA Lime Powder in recipes and drinks?
Use about one tablespoon per serving as a starting point and adjust to taste. It mixes into water, cocktails, smoothies, dressings, and batters, giving a consistent lime note without the effort of juicing.
- Add to beverages: water, iced tea, cocktails, and mocktails
- Mix into smoothies for a citrus boost without extra liquid
- Stir into marinades, sauces, and dressings for bright acidity
- Fold into baked goods or glazes for concentrated lime flavor
Is this powder nutritious and how much vitamin C does it provide?
Because it’s concentrated real fruit, the powder retains a portion of the lime’s vitamin C and natural fruit compounds. It’s a convenient way to add citrus-derived vitamin C to your diet, though exact nutrient amounts vary by batch and serving size.
- Made from pure limes — no fillers or preservatives
- Supplies vitamin C inherent to limes in a dissolvable form
- Easy absorption when mixed into liquids
- Use consistently to complement daily vitamin intake
