The Nuova Simonelli MDXS On-Demand is a reliable, low-to-medium volume commercial grinder that blends performance, consistency, and quiet operation in a sleek, modern design. An evolution of the proven MDXS Core, this updated version introduces a touch-screen display with expanded programming options — including Stop & Go, Barista Mode, Continuous Delivery, and integrated counters — to give baristas complete control and flexibility.
The doserless, on-demand system grinds coffee fresh for every shot, dispensing it directly into the portafilter hands-free and in a clean, cone-shaped pile. The updated stainless steel dispensing nozzle is easy to remove and clean, while the suspension-mounted motor significantly reduces noise, creating a quieter workspace without compromising power.
Powered by a 500W motor and equipped with 65mm flat carbon steel burrs, the MDXS delivers fast, precise grinding with minimal static buildup and no flavor loss. Micrometric grind adjustment allows for infinite precision when dialing in espresso, while an integrated LED light ensures perfect visibility even in low-light environments. The large 1.6kg hopper features a built-in shutoff for easy removal and cleaning.
Available in Sharp Black, Pure White, or NS Red, the MDXS offers Nuova Simonelli’s renowned performance in a compact form factor — ideal for cafés, restaurants, hotels, and small shops seeking professional results with approachable operation.
Recommended for
