The Aurelia Wave Volumetric is the workhorse configuration of Nuova Simonelli's flagship commercial platform: two raised groups with programmable volumetric dosing, so every barista on the roster pulls the same yield from the same button.
What you get
- Programmable volumetric dosing: four dose buttons per group, set by flow meter. The shot stops at the programmed volume regardless of who is on bar, which is what holds drink quality steady through staff turnover.
- 14 L steam boiler: steam capacity for continuous milk service across both groups without pressure sag.
- Raised group heads: clearance for takeaway cups and taller glassware.
- Push-pull steam levers with cool-touch wands: one-hand steam control and a wand that stays safe to grab mid-rush.
- LED work lighting: keeps the extraction visible in a dim bar.
Choosing within the Aurelia Wave range
Volumetric is the standard choice for most cafes. Digit adds a display with shot timers and on-the-fly temperature setting. T3 gives each group independent temperature control of group, brew water and steam for multi-roast programmes. The Semi-Automatic drops volumetrics entirely for full manual control.
Best suited to
Busy cafes and restaurants that need repeatable output from a mixed-experience team, and multi-site operators standardising on one platform.
220V, dedicated circuit required. A water softening system is mandatory: scale damage is not covered under warranty. Available in Black, White or Red. EasyCream automatic milk-foaming wand available as a factory option.
