The Nuova Simonelli Appia Life Compact takes the trusted performance of the original Appia and enhances it with a more compact footprint, refined features, and improved energy efficiency—making it the perfect solution for space-conscious cafés, restaurants, hotels, and offices.
Despite its smaller size, the Appia Life Compact doesn’t compromise on power or reliability. Engineered with efficiency in mind, it delivers 13% energy savings and 20% less environmental impact than the previous Appia II, as verified by an independent Life Cycle Assessment. This is made possible through DRYTEX THERMICAL insulation, upgraded internal components, and optimized thermal systems.
Consistent Shots, Every Time
The Volumetric model allows baristas to program four customizable espresso volumes per group—single, double, short, or long. This ensures uniformity across staff and shifts, reduces the chance of human error, and frees the barista to focus on steaming milk or engaging with customers. Volumetric models are also compatible with the EasyCream system for automated milk steaming.
EasyCream: Automatic Milk Perfection
The optional EasyCream Automatic Micro-Foaming System streamlines the milk texturing process, delivering perfectly foamed milk with no guesswork or manual skill required. Replacing the traditional steam handle with a single button, EasyCream uses a specially angled wand and built-in temperature probe to:
-
Automatically control when air is introduced for ideal microfoam
-
Stop steaming precisely when the programmed temperature is reached
Baristas simply place the wand into cold milk, press the button, and EasyCream handles the rest—ensuring consistent milk texture in every cup, regardless of who’s behind the counter.
Compact Design, Full-Scale Performance
While smaller in footprint, the Appia Life Compact still offers full-size performance with:
-
Enhanced shot control and upgraded brew groups
-
Lower profile for better visibility and customer interaction
-
Streamlined operation for improved workflow and reduced fatigue
-
Simplified serviceability for reduced downtime
Ideal for smaller spaces that demand big performance, the Appia Life 2 Group Compact is a smart investment for venues that want to serve high-quality espresso drinks efficiently and consistently—with or without experienced staff.
