NOMU Skinny Cocoa Hot Chocolate is a low-calorie, no-sugar-added cocoa mix delivering rich 60% cocoa flavor in a keto-friendly, high-protein formula with 33 servings.
If you want a chocolatey hot drink that fits a low-carb or calorie-aware routine, this powdered mix aims to satisfy cravings without the usual sugar or heavy calories. Formulated with 60% cocoa and only 20 calories per serving, the blend was created alongside nutrition experts to balance taste, texture, and macronutrient goals. It dissolves smoothly in hot water or milk alternatives, making it a versatile pantry staple for mornings, evenings, or quick protein boosts.
What does NOMU Skinny Cocoa taste like and how rich is it?
The mix emphasizes authentic cocoa depth with a pronounced chocolate aroma and a smooth, slightly dark finish from 60% cocoa content. Sweetness comes from non-sugar sweeteners so the flavor is cleaner rather than syrupy, and it keeps a pleasant balance between bitter cocoa notes and mild sweetness.
- 60% cocoa for a genuine chocolate profile
- No artificial oils—pure cocoa flavor
- Sweetened without added sugar for a clearer chocolate taste
- Suitable for mixing with hot water, milk, or milk alternatives
How does the product fit into low-calorie or keto plans?
Each serving is formulated to be low in calories and carbs, making it practical for calorie-counting or low-carb lifestyles. The absence of added sugar and compatibility with keto supplements like MCT oil allows it to be incorporated into ketogenic routines without adding excess carbs.
- Only 20 calories per serving
- No sugar added—reduces net carbs versus traditional mixes
- Keto-friendly when paired with compatible fats such as MCT oil
- 33 servings per container for long-lasting use
How do you prepare it and what serving options work best?
Preparation is simple: whisk or shake the powder into hot water or warmed milk until fully dissolved. For a creamier texture and more calories when desired, use dairy or a high-fat milk alternative; for a lighter cup, stick with hot water or almond milk.
- Stir 1 scoop (or recommended serving) into 6–8 oz hot water or milk
- Mix with a handheld whisk, frother, or shaker bottle for smooth texture
- Add MCT oil or cream for a richer, keto-style beverage
- Can be blended with ice for cold chocolate drinks or shakes
Is NOMU Skinny Cocoa suitable for people tracking protein?
The formula includes added protein to help increase the macronutrient content of each serving, making it useful as a low-calorie protein boost in beverages or recipes. It won’t replace whole-food protein sources but can be a convenient complement to snacks or post-workout routines.
- High-protein blend to support daily protein targets
- Works well mixed into smoothies, oatmeal, or desserts for extra protein
- Convenient single-scoop servings for consistent macros
- Not intended as a sole source of nutrition—use alongside varied foods
Who is this for? NOMU Skinny Cocoa Hot Chocolate is designed for chocolate lovers who want a lower-calorie, no-sugar beverage that still tastes indulgent. It’s a practical choice for people following low-carb or keto plans, anyone tracking calories or macros, and those seeking a quick high-protein hot drink without added sugars. If you prefer intensely sweet, sugary hot chocolates, this product leans toward authentic cocoa richness rather than candy-sweet profiles.
