Our Nomos Pinot Grigio is fruity and tropical with refreshing mineral notes. This wine is a delicious example of New World winemaking's adventurous spirit because it branches out from the grape's conventional style. Though Pinot Grigio is native to France, it established an international reputation in northern Italy. Throughout history, these crisp Italian white wines became well-known for their lean, citrus-driven styles with high acidity. Winemakers around the world still recreate this Old World style today. However, in the sun-soaked vineyards of South Eastern Australia, Pinot Grigio achieves higher levels of ripeness, resulting in wines with a fuller body and riper fruit flavors. We invite you to fall in love with this classic grape all over again, as it demonstrates that exciting—and delicious—things happen when you break the norm.
