Our Nomos red blend boasts robust dark fruit flavors and bold textures, mirroring the region from which it hails. Though South Australia is home to some of the world’s most sought-after wineries and styles, its winemaking culture takes a critical divergence from the Old World. Throughout history, European regions like France, Italy and Spain have been governed by strict rules regulating the use of certain grape varieties and winemaking practices in an effort to ensure their wines consistently represent a traditional style. South Australia chooses instead to give grape growers and winemakers the freedom to innovate and experiment with various varieties and techniques. Our Nomos red blend showcases this creativity at its finest. New World Aussie Shiraz joins Old World Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot for an audacious red that will leave you, too, believing that some things are better with NO RULES.
