This exclusive New Riff Distilling bundle unites three radically different expressions that showcase the distillery’s experimental edge, grain-forward style, and single-barrel mastery.
Built for collectors and flavor explorers alike.
At the core sits a once-in-a-lifetime Prime Barrel selection, supported by two highly allocated seasonal releases that push malt, oak, and finishing technique into new territory.
What’s Included in This Bundle
- New Riff Winter Whiskey – Kentucky Straight Bourbon with Malted Oat & Chocolate Malt
- New Riff 100% Malted Rye – Finished in Sherry Casks
- New Riff “One of One” 9 Year Single Barrel Straight Bourbon – The Prime Barrel Pick
Why This Bundle Is Special
- Three radically different whiskeys.
- Three distinct grain philosophies.
- One unified snapshot of how far New Riff is willing to push traditional bourbon and rye.
The Winter release bends bourbon structure through malted oat softness and chocolate malt depth.
The Sherry-finished rye shifts malted spice into dried fruit, citrus peel, and wine-dark sweetness.
The nine-year Prime Barrel pick anchors everything with mature oak tension, slow caramelization, and layered barrel influence.
This is not a vertical. This is a wide-angle view of modern New Riff.
Tasting Experience Overview
Winter Whiskey leans into roasted cocoa edge, toasted cereal grain, brown sugar crust, and a warming, bread-oven finish driven by malt complexity.
100% Malted Rye finished in Sherry opens with dried fig, orange skin, clove heat, and wine-soaked oak that softens spice without dulling it.
One-of-One 9 Year Single Barrel Bourbon carries polished oak, dark caramel, peanut shell, antique vanilla, and slow-rising spice controlled by long barrel time.
Each bottle drinks in a different direction. Together they tell a broader story.
