My Father Connecticut 6x48 Cigar: A Refined Blend of Mellow-to-Medium Flavor
Renowned for his full-bodied cigars, master blender Jose “Pepin” Garcia takes a different approach with the My Father Connecticut. This 6x48 cigar offers a smoother, mellow-to-medium-bodied experience while still delivering rich flavor.
From the first cold draw, you’ll notice the expertly crafted blend of Nicaraguan Corojo 99’ binder paired with Nicaraguan Habano and Criollo long-fillers, offering subtle sweetness and earthy tones. The flawless Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper adds a touch of refined spice that lingers, enhancing the complexity of this cigar. Despite its milder character, the My Father Connecticut 6x48 still delivers the bold flavors Garcia is known for.
This cigar has earned its place alongside other 90+ rated Garcia family creations, receiving a well-deserved 90-rating. Reviewers praised its craftsmanship, commenting on the three-seam cap, medium claro wrapper, and an easy draw that delivers a balanced, floral smoke with hints of chocolate and baking spices.
