Tasting Notes: chocolate brownie, caramelized sugar, cinnamon, clove, dried red chili, malted milk, very spicy
Ms. Better's Chocolate. Remember the days when you would lick the brownie bowl clean? Chocolate may be one of the joys of childhood, but it never gets old. This bitter combines a plethora of notes from sweet to spicy, and pairs well with Mexican and Spanish cuisine. Slow roasted cocoa nibs, 3 types of chilies, and a sprinkling of botanicals make this an ideal fit for mezcal, Horchatas, bourbon, whiskey, spiced rum and coffee liqueur. Add a dash to an old fashioned, Mexican hot chocolate or orgeat-based tiki cocktail.
