Mount Gay Bajan Spiced Rum
Inspired by the vibrant flavours of Barbados, Mount Gay Bajan Spiced Rum combines the heritage of the world's oldest commercial rum distillery with a carefully selected blend of natural spices and botanicals. Crafted using Mount Gay's signature Barbadian rum as its foundation, this expression offers a modern take on Caribbean spiced rum while maintaining the balance and quality for which the distillery is renowned.
Natural vanilla, cinnamon and warming spice notes complement the rum's tropical fruit character, creating a smooth and versatile spirit that works equally well served neat, over ice or mixed into cocktails. Rich in flavour yet approachable in style, this is an excellent introduction to premium Caribbean spiced rum.
- The nose opens with vanilla pod, cinnamon, sweet baking spices and hints of tropical fruit.
- The palate delivers notes of caramel, vanilla, nutmeg and ripe banana balanced by soft oak and warming spice.
- The finish is smooth and lingering with gentle sweetness, cinnamon spice and subtle vanilla.
Serve 50ml over ice with premium ginger beer and a wedge of orange to highlight the rum's cinnamon and tropical fruit character.
