This refined sparkling wine comes from the historic Burgundy region of France. Maison Montgermont, founded in 1822, has a legacy of crafting traditional method sparkling wines for over two centuries. Their philosophy focuses on capturing the 'patchwork' of the Burgundian terroir by carefully blending grapes from across the region to create a consistent and elegant house style.
Wine Description
The Montgermont Brut presents a luminous pale gold colour with a fine and persistent mousse. The aromatic profile is bright and complex, featuring notes of citrus zest, crisp apple, and white flowers, layered with sophisticated hints of toasted almond, brioche, and marzipan from delicate aging on the lees. On the palate, the wine is lively and well balanced, offering a creamy texture and stable acidity. It finishes with a clean, chalky mineral precision. This non vintage blend typically highlights Chardonnay for its freshness and Pinot Noir for structure.
