The Montecristo 1935 Nicaragua No. 2 BP is a masterfully crafted cigar that embodies the pinnacle of Nicaraguan tobacco artistry, wrapped in the rich legacy of the Montecristo name. This luxurious pressed No. 2 vitola—a torpedo-shaped masterpiece—features a blend created by famed cigar maker A.J. Fernandez, who has infused the classic Montecristo experience with the bold and earthy character of Nicaragua’s volcanic soil. Encased in a perfectly fermented Nicaraguan wrapper, this cigar offers an exceptional burn and draw, delivering a full-bodied profile that is complex yet remarkably smooth.
On the palate, the 1935 Nicaragua No. 2 unfolds in layers of flavor: initial notes of cocoa and espresso give way to hints of leather, sweet spice, and roasted nuts. Each puff evolves with subtle transitions, revealing the depth and balance that seasoned aficionados seek. The signature Montecristo creaminess is present but elevated by a peppery backbone and a long, resonant finish, making this cigar not just a smoke but an immersive experience. Its meticulous construction ensures that each draw is consistent, satisfying, and worthy of a special occasion—or a moment of deserved indulgence.
This cigar is more than a premium smoke; it’s a tribute to tradition reimagined for the modern connoisseur. The Montecristo 1935 Nicaragua No. 2 speaks to both heritage and innovation, offering a bold reinterpretation of the classic blend that put Montecristo on the map. Whether enjoyed in solitude or shared in conversation, this cigar stands as a symbol of refined taste, expert craftsmanship, and the enduring appeal of a true icon in the cigar world.
