How will this purée change my cocktails and mocktails?
Adding Monin Strawberry Purée transforms drinks by contributing both flavor and body — not just syrupy sweetness. Its natural fruit particles and pectin create mouthfeel and visual appeal, allowing bartenders and home mixologists to achieve layered, fruit-forward beverages.
- Gives fresh strawberry flavor without muddling fresh fruit
- Adds texture for shaken or blended cocktails
- Blends smoothly into juices, soda, and spirits
- Consistent taste and color across batches
What makes Monin’s strawberry purée suitable for foodservice or home use?
This 1 L presentation balances volume and shelf efficiency: large enough for multiple servings yet manageable for homeowners and small bars. The formulation contains natural fruit concentrate and stabilizers for reliable performance in busy kitchens and beverage stations.
- One liter yields roughly 33 standard servings for efficient portioning
- Stable texture resists separation when shaken or blended
- No artificial ingredients, supporting cleaner ingredient lists
- Kosher, gluten-free, and vegan certified to fit diverse menus
How do I use it in hot and cold preparations?
Monin Strawberry Purée is versatile across temperatures: stir it into iced drinks or fold it into warm sauces and desserts with minimal effort. For best results, measure and mix while the purée is at room temperature to ensure even distribution.
- Cold: blend into smoothies, shaken cocktails, sodas, and iced teas
- Hot: gently warm and incorporate into compotes, glazes, or sauces
- Bakes: use as a filling or swirl for cakes and pastries
- Garnishing: spoon a ribbon of purée for visual appeal
How should I store and portion the 1 L bottle for best freshness?
Keep the sealed bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; refrigerate after opening and use within the manufacturer’s recommended timeframe. For frequent use, decant smaller amounts into airtight dispensers for speed and reduced spoilage.
- Store unopened at room temperature, away from heat
- Refrigerate promptly after opening and seal tightly
- Use portion control: 30–35 mL per serving as a guideline
- Label decanted containers with an open-date for rotation
