How will this peach purée change my drinks and recipes?
The purée adds authentic peach aroma, natural sweetness and a velvety texture that’s difficult to achieve with syrups or fruit juice alone. It intensifies peach flavor without watering down beverages, so a little goes a long way in both cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks.
- Delivers concentrated peach flavor and smooth mouthfeel
- Integrates well into chilled cocktails, hot beverages and blended smoothies
- Helps maintain consistent flavor across batches
- Works as a base for bellinis, lemonades, iced teas and sodas
What makes this Monin purée different from peach juice or syrup?
Unlike juice, the purée includes fruit solids, providing texture and a fuller flavor profile; unlike syrup, it retains fruit fiber and body for a more authentic experience. It’s formulated to be concentrated yet pourable, so it’s versatile for mixing, topping or blending.
- Contains real fruit for authentic taste and texture
- Concentrated form reduces the amount needed per recipe
- Pourable consistency suitable for pumps, spoons or shakers
- More natural fruit character compared with flavored syrups
Is Monin Peach Fruit Purée suitable for dietary restrictions and busy service environments?
Yes. The purée is free from common allergens and artificial additives, making it compatible with many diets. Its shelf-stable formulation and standardized taste help streamline service and minimize waste during high-volume shifts.
- Allergen-free: dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan
- No artificial colors, flavors, preservatives or sweeteners
- Non-GMO, Halal and Kosher certified where applicable
- Designed for consistent use in cafés, bars and restaurants
How should I use and store the 1 L bottle to get the best results?
Use the purée directly from the bottle for bellinis, smoothies and cocktail bases, or spoon it into shakers and blenders for even distribution. After opening, refrigerate and follow Monin’s recommended storage guidance to keep flavor and texture optimal.
- Stir or shake bottle before use to reincorporate any settling
- Add measured amounts to blenders, shaken cocktails or stirred beverages
- Refrigerate after opening and use within recommended timeframe
- Keep bottle capped and stored away from direct heat or sunlight
