Made from pure cane sugar, water, and natural flavor, this 750 ml (25.4 fl oz) bottle delivers a versatile hazelnut profile that complements espresso drinks, hot chocolates, smoothies, and mixed beverages. How does Monin Hazelnut Syrup change the flavor of my coffee?
Adding Monin Hazelnut instantly introduces a toasted, slightly caramelized nut character that balances espresso’s bitterness and enhances milk-based drinks. Use it to create classic hazelnut lattes or to add depth to mochas and iced coffees.

- Pairs well with espresso, steamed milk, chocolate, and vanilla
- Adds sweetness and aroma without extra dairy or artificial flavors
Can I use this syrup in cocktails, mocktails, and desserts?
Yes—Monin Hazelnut works in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic recipes, giving cocktails a nutty backbone and mocktails a flavorful boost. It dissolves easily in cold and hot liquids, making it a simple way to layer flavor in shakes, syrups for desserts, and mixed drinks.
