Monin Habanero Lime Syrup is a 1-liter premium, clean-label mixer that blends habanero heat with bright lime tartness to add sweet-spicy flair to cocktails, beers, sodas and culinary recipes.
Made from select ingredients and pure cane sugar, this concentrated syrup captures the fruity, floral heat of habanero peppers and the zesty acidity of Persian lime. It’s crafted for versatility — a single bottle stretches across dozens of drinks and recipes — and is free from artificial flavors, preservatives, colors and sweeteners. Packaged in recyclable, BPA-free materials, the syrup also supports Monin’s sustainability programs.
How will Habanero Lime Syrup change my cocktails and mixed drinks?
Use it to replace multiple ingredients at once: the syrup provides sweetness, bright citrus acidity and a controlled spicy finish. It simplifies bar prep and delivers consistent flavor so your margaritas, mojitos, bloody marys and spicy beers carry the same balanced profile every time.
- Add 15–25 ml per cocktail for a noticeable sweet-tart heat.
- Blend with tequila or rum for spicy margaritas and daiquiris.
- Stir into tomato-based cocktails for a lively Bloody Mary twist.
- Top off spicy beers or shandies for added complexity.
What foods and non-alcoholic drinks benefit from this syrup?
Beyond cocktails, the syrup brightens lemonades, iced teas and sodas and gives sauces, glazes and dressings a predictable sweet-heat kick. Its concentrated form means you can dial in heat without altering texture or adding extra liquid volume.
- Mix into homemade soda or limeade for café-style refreshments.
- Whisk into vinaigrettes or marinades for a spicy citrus glaze.
- Use as a finishing drizzle on grilled seafood or tacos for balanced heat.
- Stir into hot sauces or chutneys to enhance fruit-forward spice.
Is this syrup clean label and suitable for dietary needs?
Yes — Monin Habanero Lime Syrup is formulated without artificial flavors, colors, preservatives or sweeteners, and the product is Non-GMO, gluten free, dairy free, Halal and Kosher certified. That makes it a convenient option for many menus and home bars where ingredient transparency matters.
- No artificial additives or sweeteners listed on the label.
- Certified gluten free and Non-GMO ingredients.
- Halal and Kosher certifications for broader use.
- Packaged in BPA-free, recyclable bottles with recycled content.
How do I measure and store the syrup for best results?
Because the syrup is highly concentrated, small pours go a long way; a measured pump helps achieve consistent cocktails. Store the bottle closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and refrigerate after opening if recommended on the label for longest freshness.
- Use a Monin pump for precise, repeatable pours (pump sold separately).
- Typical serving: 15–25 ml per standard cocktail depending on desired heat.
- Keep sealed and store in a cool pantry; refrigerate after opening if label suggests.
- One 1 L bottle yields dozens of cocktails; scale recipes accordingly.
Who is this for: Monin Habanero Lime Syrup suits home mixologists, bartenders, brewers and chefs who want a dependable, clean-label way to add fruity heat and citrus brightness to drinks and dishes. It’s ideal for anyone building a spice-forward beverage program or experimenting with sweet-spicy culinary finishes without juggling multiple ingredients.
