What Makes It Special
Unlike most wheat whiskeys that blend multiple grains, Middle West's Cask Strength Wheat Whiskey emphasizes the wheat itself, showcasing how Ohio's unique terroir influences the final spirit. The clay-packed soil of Northern Ohio imparts a distinctive baking spice essence that sets this whiskey apart from wheat whiskeys produced elsewhere.
Bottled at cask strength without dilution, this whiskey retains all the natural oils and flavors that develop during aging, delivering a full-bodied, viscous mouthfeel with remarkable depth. The floral notes, allspice, and toasted caramel create a sophisticated flavor profile that appeals to both wheat whiskey enthusiasts and those discovering the category for the first time.
