Varietal: Catuai, Caturra 50% Decaf/Caffeine Blend
Score: 85
Roast: Full City
Notes: Raw sugar, nuts caramel and almonds
Origin: Blend - Colombia
We have blended equal parts Swiss Water Decaf and caffeinated coffee from the Las Rosa Colombian Coffee Women's' Co-op to create this blend we call Mellow Rebel.
This smooth and clean tasting cup has a brown sugar sweetness that mingles on your taste buds and leaves a mellow finish that lingers, just as the name implies.
Mellow Rebel contains half of the caffeine of our Twisted Sisters blend, ensuring you get enough of a hit to bring out just a bit of your rebelliousness!
If you prefer a darker roast with low-caffeine, consider our Half Awake Vienna roast blend.
