Maxime Trijol 1974 Vintage Fins Bois Cognac
Maxime Trijol 1974 Vintage Fins Bois Cognac is a rare single-vintage release from one of Cognac’s most respected family producers, established in 1859. Known for traditional craftsmanship,
Maxime Trijol distils its Cognacs in copper pot stills and ages them in French oak barrels to achieve exceptional depth and refinement. This 1974 vintage comes exclusively from the Fins Bois appellation, a terroir celebrated for its fruity and floral character.
- The nose reveals ripe orchard fruits such as apple and pear, layered with honey, dried apricot and delicate oak spice.
- The palate is silky and well-rounded, combining candied fruit, vanilla and floral notes with toasted almonds and nutmeg.
- A long, harmonious finish lingers with honeyed oak and soft spice, leaving a warm impression.
Pairs beautifully with fine desserts or a quality cigar.
