Matt & Steve's Caesar Original is produced in Canada, within the region of Ontario. The brand was founded by Matthew Larochelle and Steve McVicker, the creators behind the 'Extreme Bean' pickled garnish. This spirit-based cocktail is produced by Matt & Steve's Tasty Beverage Company, which transitioned from gourmet garnishes to ready to drink beverages by leveraging their signature pickling brine in their recipes.
Description
This ready to drink cocktail is crafted using premium Canadian vodka that is column distilled and charcoal filtered, blended with 100% vine ripened tomatoes. It presents a reddish, viscous appearance typical of tomato based beverages. The nose displays bold aromas of tomato, celery, pepper, and herbs with spicy undertones. On the palate, the profile is rich, briny, and savoury, featuring a splash of 'Extreme Bean' brine that adds depth to its tangy character. It concludes with a clean, tangy finish.
