Matt & Steve's Caesar Hot & Spicy is a ready to drink cocktail produced in Canada, within the province of Ontario. The brand was founded by friends Matthew Larochelle and Steve McVicker, who first gained fame in 2000 for creating the 'Extreme Bean', a hot and spicy pickled bean garnish. Based in a state of the art facility in Mississauga, the company remains committed to high quality, 'made in Canada' operations and has expanded from its pickling roots into the premium cocktail market.
Description
This bar strength Caesar is crafted using premium Canadian vodka that is column distilled and charcoal filtered for purity. The recipe features a base of 100% vine ripened tomatoes and a splash of the brand's signature 'Extreme Bean' brine to enhance the savoury depth. It presents a reddish, viscous texture typical of tomato based cocktails and offers a fresh, tangy profile with a bold spicy kick from a punch of cayenne pepper. The nose displays bold aromas of tomato, celery, and herbs, accompanied by zesty citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon with hints of coriander and clove. It possesses a rich, briny palate and a smooth, easy drinking finish.
