nextSectionDeep ruby red with purple nuances. Fine and intense fresh fruit aromas and flowery bouquet. Well balanced sweetness and acidity, soft and rich, the lingering finish is characterized by sweet tannins and fruit.
nextSectionMost Italian wines are best served with food. This is especially true of wines made from this variety. Negroamaro can be enjoyed with simple pasta dishes or pizza but it is worthwhile trying to find something typical of Puglia or Southern Italy.

- Slow baked lamb and potatoes
- Pepperonata
- Grilled tuna steaks
