Built for the busiest bars in North America, the Macap SUPRA 83 is a heavy-duty commercial espresso grinder that pairs 83 mm flat burrs with a 750 W motor for output rates of 5.5-6 grams per second. Stepless micrometric adjustment lets baristas dial in espresso with hair-fine precision, while the 3.5" touchscreen HMI stores recipes, tracks doses, and puts Macap's Coffee Targeting System (CTS) and Fast Opening System (FOS) one tap away. A 1.5 kg bean hopper, low-retention grind chamber, and full-metal body keep this grinder pouring shot after consistent shot through the toughest service. Proudly built in Italy by Macap, a fourth-generation grinder specialist established in 1930.
Key Features
- 83 mm Flat Burrs for High-Volume Speed - Oversized 83 mm hardened steel flat burrs move up to 5.5-6 grams of coffee per second, so ticket lines keep moving even at peak service without sacrificing cup quality.
- Powerful 750 W Motor - A 750-watt direct-drive motor keeps the burrs at optimal cutting speed under continuous load, delivering cool, even particle size for espresso, ristretto, and long extractions.
- 3.5" Touchscreen HMI with Coffee Targeting System (CTS) - The intuitive 3.5-inch color touchscreen puts single, double, and manual dose programming, purge cycles, and shot-count analytics one tap away, while CTS keeps each dose locked to the recipe.
- Fast Opening System (FOS) for Easy Cleaning - FOS lets the operator open the burr chamber in seconds with a single motion for burr swaps, deep-cleans, or coffee changes, cutting downtime and simplifying service.
