The Macap SUPRA 68 is the workhorse espresso grinder for specialty cafes and busy service bars, delivering 3.8-4.5 grams per second through 68 mm hardened steel flat burrs driven by a 550 W motor. Stepless micrometric adjustment gives baristas surgical control over particle size, and the 3.5" touchscreen brings Macap's Coffee Targeting System (CTS) and Fast Opening System (FOS) to the counter for lightning-fast recipe changes and burr access. A 1.5 kg hopper keeps beans flowing between refills while the low-retention grind path protects freshness. Designed and manufactured in Italy by Macap, family-owned specialists since 1930.
Key Features
- 68 mm Flat Burrs for Cafe-Grade Consistency - Precision 68 mm hardened steel flat burrs produce a uniform grind bed that pulls balanced espresso shot after shot, with 3.8-4.5 g/s output that keeps up with double-basket service.
- Balanced 550 W Motor - A 550-watt motor sized to the burr set stays cool under continuous duty, protecting bean oils and delivering repeatable dose weights across long service periods.
- 3.5" Touchscreen HMI with CTS - The 3.5-inch color touchscreen makes it a two-tap job to switch between single, double, and manual doses, save recipes, or trigger purge, backed by Coffee Targeting System electronic dose control.
- Fast Opening System (FOS) - One-motion access to the burr chamber lets staff swap burrs, deep clean, or change coffees in a fraction of the time other grinders demand, keeping the bar productive.
