The Macap M7 is a classic commercial espresso grinder that pairs generous 75 mm flat burrs with a traditional lever-actuated doser, delivering the tactile rhythm and steady output that many cafes still prefer. An 800 W direct-drive motor spins at 1680 RPM to feed the 300 g doser chamber quickly, keeping the bar moving during morning rush. This BM7R118 configuration is finished in black with the factory stepless adjustment upgrade, letting baristas fine-tune espresso extraction without stepped detents.
Key Features
- 75 mm Flat Burrs for Consistent Espresso - Large-diameter hardened-steel flat burrs cut coffee cleanly and stay cooler under sustained pulls, producing a uniform grind ideal for classic Italian espresso.
- Traditional Doser with 300 g Chamber - A time-tested doser chamber holds up to 300 g of ground coffee with a factory dose range of 5.5 to 8.5 g per pull for fast, familiar barista workflow.
- Stepless Micrometric Adjustment - Infinitely variable grind adjustment lets you dial in espresso to the finest detail as beans, roast level, and humidity change through the day.
- Powerful 800 W Commercial Motor - An 800 W induction motor turning at 1680 RPM (60 Hz) delivers the torque needed for continuous cafe use without stalling on darker roasts.
- Onboard Dosing Counter - Integrated dosing counter tracks the number of pulls between cleanings, helping cafes stay on top of maintenance and burr replacement intervals.
