Ludlow Pedro Ximenez Cask Single Malt Whisky
A refined and elegant English single malt from Ludlow Distillery, this limited-edition expression showcases exceptional craftsmanship and character.
Handcrafted in the heart of the Welsh Marches, it is made using only the finest English and Scottish malted barley. Gently smoked over peat, and pure, filtered water. Triple-distilled for a smooth, complex spirit, the whisky is aged in second-fill casks that once held American bourbon and Scottish whisky, before being finished in a rich Pedro Ximenez sherry cask.
- Ludlow Pedro Ximenez Cask Single Malt Whisky is beautifully balanced with layers of dried fruit, honeyed malt, soft peat smoke, and velvety sweetness from the sherry cask
- Luxurious and warming, it lingers with notes of fig, dark chocolate
- Toasted oak on the finish
An award winning spirit gaining Bronze Medal in the Great British Food Awards 2024.
Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water. Perfect as an after-dinner dram or paired with dark chocolate or rich fruitcake.
