Lucy's Pineapple Shaved Ice Syrup is a one-gallon, sweet-tart tropical syrup made for shaved ice, snow cones, slushies, and other bright, fruity desserts.
Made by Lucy's — a family-owned brand founded in 2003 — this 128-ounce pineapple syrup delivers a vivid yellow color and a balanced sweet-and-tangy pineapple profile. It’s formulated to flavor shaved ice and snow cones but works equally well as a mixer in beverages, a dessert topping, or a creative ingredient in seasonal menus. The large gallon size is designed for high-use environments like concession stands, events, and busy kitchens where consistent flavor and economical packaging matter.
How does Lucy's pineapple syrup perform on shaved ice and snow cones?
The syrup soaks into finely shaved ice evenly, producing bright color and a fruity taste with each bite. Its viscosity is thin enough to penetrate ice but concentrated enough that a little goes a long way, keeping cost-per-serve manageable.
- Bright pineapple flavor with sweet and mildly tangy notes
- Thin pour consistency for quick, even absorption
- Highly pigmented yellow hue for visual appeal on desserts
- Foodservice-friendly one-gallon container minimizes refills
Can this syrup be used beyond snow cones—what are creative serving ideas?
Yes—Lucy’s pineapple syrup is versatile and pairs well with many preparations. Use it to flavor slushies, mix into smoothies, top ice cream or waffles, or combine with sparkling water for a DIY tropical soda.
- Blend into slushies or frozen cocktails for bright pineapple notes
- Drizzle over ice cream, yogurt, or pancakes for a fruity finish
- Stir into smoothies or milkshakes to boost tropical flavor
- Mix with carbonated water for a quick pineapple soda
What makes the gallon size a good choice for businesses or events?
The 128-ounce gallon balances economy and convenience: it reduces frequent restocking while keeping unit cost low for high-volume service. The container fits standard commercial storage and pouring setups, making it a practical option for concessions, festivals, and catering.
- Large volume reduces wasteful single-serve bottles
- Durable packaging suited for busy concession stands
- Consistent flavor and color across many servings
- Cost-effective for events and high-traffic venues
