This classic and elegant red wine originates from France, specifically within the Burgundy region. Founded in 1859, Maison Louis Jadot is one of the most prestigious names in the Côte d'Or, maintaining a reputation for consistency across its vast portfolio of vineyards. The winery's philosophy is rooted in a 'terroir-driven' approach, utilizing traditional Burgundian winemaking techniques and long macerations to ensure the wine captures the authentic character of the diverse soils found throughout the region.
Wine Description
Louis Jadot Bourgogne Pinot Noir presents a bright ruby red colour. The sensory profile is highly aromatic, featuring a nose of fresh red berries, such as strawberries and raspberries, layered with sophisticated notes of cherries and a hint of earthiness. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and 'silky', showcasing a harmonious balance of fruit and soft, well-integrated tannins. It is characterized by its graceful structure and a refreshing acidity that leads to a clean, lingering finish with subtle spicy undertones.
