Discover a truly unique Indiana bourbon with the Lost Lantern Starlight Distillery Single Cask, a limited release that celebrates local flavor, heritage, and innovation. Hand-selected by Lost Lantern from Starlight Distillery in Starlight, Indiana, this expression is a tribute to generations of craftsmanship.
Founded by Ted Huber in 2001, Starlight continues a legacy of farming and distilling that dates back to 1843 at the iconic Huber’s Orchard & Winery. Known for their bold and creative barrel finishes, Starlight showcases that expertise here with a beautiful honey cask finish.
This 4-year-old bourbon was finished for three months in a barrel that previously held locally sourced, barrel-aged honey from Huber’s own farm. The result is a vibrant and expressive bourbon bursting with wildflower honey, delicate white blossoms, and soft rose petals. The palate is rich and balanced—honeyed, but never cloying—with a fresh, floral lift that lingers.
Whether you're a seasoned bourbon collector or exploring unique cask finishes, this single cask offers something truly special.
Limited availability. A must-have for fans of finished bourbons and handcrafted American whiskey.
