This exceptional wine is part of our Fine Wine Collection.
Winemaking Winemakers co-ferment Syrah and Viognier to seamlessly integrate aromatics and texture, while adding Grenache for its bright red fruit and spice. Gentle extraction techniques highlight the wine’s natural balance, preserving the purity of fruit alongside savory, umami-driven depth. A refined oak regimen polishes tannins and enhances complexity, resulting in a layered expression that showcases both coastal freshness and Rhône-style richness.
Vintage The 2024 vintage saw favorable weather patterns in the Coastal Region that allowed this blend of 85% Syrah, 10% Grenache, 5% Viognier to thrive, enabling it to develop layers of complexity while benefiting from the structural influence of the soil. For the most part, winemakers let nature do its work, though they did employ careful co-fermentation and gentle extraction techniques to ensure that the vintage reflects both the depth and freshness that define a truly expressive Rhône-style blend.
Pairing Logic This Rhône-style red blend offers a savory depth that pairs beautifully with roasted meats, slow-cooked stews, and charred vegetables. Its notes of black olive, dried herbs, and subtle spice complement dishes with earthy elements like wild mushrooms, lentils, or truffle-infused sauces. For a seamless pairing, incorporate ingredients like black garlic, rosemary, or aged cheeses to enhance the wine’s rich texture and lingering finish.
