Introduction:
Lobos 1707 Tequila Reposado is a premium, hand-crafted tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave and aged in American white oak barrels before being finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This unique finishing process adds depth, smoothness, and a touch of sweetness, resulting in a refined tequila that beautifully balances agave purity with rich, layered character.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Aromas of roasted agave, caramel, and vanilla with subtle notes of oak and warm spice.
Palate: Silky and full-bodied with flavours of honey, toasted wood, cocoa, and dried fruit, enhanced by the soft sherry-cask influence.
Finish: Smooth and lingering with hints of spice, vanilla, and a delicate sweetness that rounds out the experience.
Pairings:
Perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks. It also pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or dark chocolate desserts. For a sophisticated twist, enjoy it in a Reposado Old Fashioned or paired alongside aged cheese and citrus-accented dishes.
