Les Vins Pirouettes Le Brutal de Stephane 2020 is a red natural wine made from a blend of organically and biodynamically farmed Pinot Noir (50%), and Pinot Gris (505) grapes grown in Alsace, France. The vineyard is called Bildstoecklé, and is planted on silt on oolithic limestone. Carbonic maceration for 15 days, then pressed gently, aged on the lees in stainless steel tank for about 20 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites. Epic wine people, just epic.
