Les Tètes Chenin Blanc 2023 represents the collaborative spirit of four Loire Valley friends crafting authentic natural wines in Touraine's Azay-le-Rideau. Sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards on calcareous clay and limestone soils, this pure Chenin undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. The minimal intervention approach—no fining, no filtration, and extremely low sulfur additions—allows the limestone-rich terroir to shine through. Hand-harvested from 25-year-old vines, Les Tètes Chenin Blanc 2023 captures the essence of traditional Loire winemaking while embracing modern natural wine philosophies.
