Refined and vibrant, with fresh red berries and dark fruit complemented by floral and delicate spice notes. The palate is long and precise, showing polished tannins, excellent freshness and a taut, flavorful finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast lamb, duck, beef tenderloin, veal, mushroom dishes, braised meats, or mature cheeses.
94 Points - Wine Enthusiast
This wine has fine tannins and ripe succulent black fruits. It is a rich wine, with fine acidity and generous open berry flavors. The wine has a nice touch of smokiness.
93 Points - James Suckling
Aromas of fresh herbs, such a basil and lemon grass, come through here, together with blackberries, dark plums and some orange peel. Medium-boded with medium, velvety tannins that provide layers and a polished texture. It's long and creamy with lovely fruit at the end. A beautiful wine with a pretty structure, too.
