The Liqueur de Tomates follows an intricate process that begins with the handpicking of tomatoes at their optimal ripeness. Harvesting continues until all varieties reach their peak flavors. Each tomato is carefully cut into quarters and then macerated in an organic house brandy for several months. This long period of maceration allows the tomatoes to infuse their unique flavors into the brandy. The result is an 18% strength liqueur that captures the vibrant taste of ripe tomatoes. Enjoy this liqueur slightly chilled as an aperitif or get creative with a cocktail!
