Laherte Frères Champagne Ultradition Extra-Brut NV is produced by Aurélien Laherte, the seventh generation to run the family estate founded in 1889 in Chavot-Courcourt in the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay. The cuvée is a blend of 60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir, with 40% reserve wine, sourced from parcels across the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay, Côte des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marne. Primary fermentation takes place in a combination of foudres, tank, and barrel. It is finished with a dosage of 4.5 grams per liter.
