Kveik Yeastery K.9 Ebbegarden Kveik Yeast is a premium dry multi-strain Norwegian farmhouse yeast designed for fast, high-temperature fermentation. It produces expressive fruit-forward aromas featuring apple, pear, tropical fruit, and citrus while maintaining clean, dependable fermentation.
Perfect for farmhouse ales, modern IPAs, and other hop-forward beers, K.9 Ebbegarden delivers rapid fermentation without sacrificing flavor development. Its high attenuation and medium flocculation help create dry, balanced beers with vibrant fruit character.
This dry Kveik yeast features medium flocculation, high attenuation, alcohol tolerance up to 16% ABV, and performs across a fermentation temperature range of 59–100°F (15–38°C). Each 7g packet is designed to ferment approximately 5 gallons of beer.
For best results, pitch according to the manufacturer's recommendations while maintaining proper wort aeration and fermentation temperature control.
Whether brewing a traditional Norwegian farmhouse ale or a modern IPA, K.9 Ebbegarden provides reliable fermentation with bold fruit-forward character.
