Rich, grounding and beautifully layered, Heartwood Cocktail Syrup is crafted with sweet dark cherries, floral hibiscus and gentle clove spice for a deep, velvety flavour that adds structure and elegance to any drink.
Inspired by the strength of a tree’s heartwood, this syrup leads with lush cherry richness, followed by hibiscus petals for complexity and colour. A subtle touch of clove and a hint of salt round out the profile, enhancing the fruit and creating a smooth, lingering finish that feels steady and refined.
Deep enough for spirit-forward classics, yet bright enough to lift sparkling water or tea, Heartwood brings balance, depth, and a striking ruby tone to every glass.
