KOVAL Distillery in Chicago was the first distillery to open in the city since the mid-1800s, and they've built their reputation on grain-to-glass craft and organic ingredients. Their Rye Maple Syrup expression takes their award-winning 100% rye whiskey and finishes it with pure maple syrup — a natural pairing that enhances the grain's inherent sweetness without masking its character.
This is not a flavored whiskey in the conventional sense — it's a thoughtfully crafted expression that uses maple syrup to bridge the gap between the bold spice of rye and a warm, natural sweetness. The result is approachable, unique, and deeply satisfying.
