König Ludwig Weissbier pours a luminous, cloudy honey-amber color topped with a massive, rocky, and long-lasting snow-white head that leaves delicate, creamy lacing behind.

It leads with dominant, warm notes of ripe banana and clove, followed by subtle undertones of bubblegum, nutmeg, and fresh-baked wheat bread. There are no heavy hop scents; it smells entirely of ester-rich yeast and sweet, wholesome grain.
Palate: On the tongue, it is medium-bodied with a creamy, effervescent, and velvety mouthfeel driven by high natural carbonation. It leads with a gentle wave of sweet banana loaf and vanilla, which transitions seamlessly into a refreshing mid-palate marked by a spicy clove bite and mild citrus tang.
