Kocha Tea Ume-Shu is a unique Japanese plum liqueur that combines the refreshing sweetness of locally grown Japanese plums with the elegant aroma of 100% Darjeeling tea. The palate balances juicy, sweet-tart plum with delicate black tea character, while subtle notes of apricot, green persimmon, and earthy spice add depth and complexity. Its smooth, aromatic profile offers a distinctive twist on traditional Japanese umeshu.
Enjoy Kocha Tea Ume-Shu well chilled or over ice to highlight its refreshing fruit and tea character. Its balanced sweetness makes it an excellent after-dinner drink and a versatile pairing for desserts, fruit, cheese, and Asian-inspired dishes. The compact 300mL bottle also makes it an appealing choice for gifting or discovering Japanese fruit liqueurs.
