The struggle for power and survival shapes great leaders; we feel the same way about great wines. Our winemakers at King's Clay invite us to share in the sweet fruits of victory with this California Malbec. This full-bodied wine is filled with fresh red fruit flavor and soft, structured tannins. The harder the battle, the more beautiful the outcome. This concept is well understood in viticulture: the more challenging the conditions, the better the fruit. In this case, the relentless California sun and low-nutrient soils caused these Malbec vines to ignore everything else and send all of their energy and attention to their fruit. This resulted in ripe grapes bursting with sugar and bright fruit flavors. This wine is a sweet, fruit-filled symbol of triumph. Pop open a bottle and enjoy it alongside your compatriots or pair it with a well-deserved meal after conquering a long day. Scroll through the image carousel above to learn more about this wine.
