This big red blend is a new way to drink California wines. Perfect for gearing up for a night on the town, or a night at home the Kinamon Fox 2016 Zinfandel-Petite Sirah is a balanced and fun red. Take your time getting ready and have another glass. With big fruit flavors that come from growing the fruit on older well-established vines playing off of the light hints of smoke that come from aging in oak, the Kinamon Fox is a decadent escape. Pair it with dark chocolate and strawberries for a pre-dinner indulgence, or save it to drink with dinner. Any way you drink this wine is a delight.
REGION This wine comes from Lodi, California—a region noted for its similarities to warm days and cool nights. The soil types vary, but much of the region is rocky and high in minerals, like the southern French region of Chateauneuf du Pape.
TASTING NOTES This wine is fruit forward in taste with big notes of ripe, dark fruits that play across your mouth during the long finish. The Kinamon Fox gets a zing from the oaky spice and smoke that make it an easy choice for almost any occasion.
