Ketel One Vodka is an ultra-premium craft vodka produced by the Nolet family at the Nolet Distillery in Schiedam, the Netherlands. Crafted using 100% European winter wheat, it is distilled in a combination of modern column stills and traditional coal-fired copper pot stills—including the original Distilleerketel #1, from which the brand derives its name. Filtered over loose charcoal and personally tasted for approval by a Nolet family member before bottling, this world-class spirit delivers exceptional clarity, a rich mouthfeel, and a remarkably crisp profile with subtle citrus and herbal accents.
Food Pairing: Fresh oysters on the half shell, smoked salmon, caviar, blinis with sour cream, cured meats, or fresh goat cheese.
Tasting Notes : Crystal clear appearance with a round, silky, and coating medium-to-full texture on the palate.
Nose : Fresh and crisp aromas of bright citrus zest, faint sweet honey, and subtle cracked black pepper.
Palate : Exceptionally smooth with clean wheat grain sweetness, subtle fennel, gentle citrus, and a silky, refined mouthfeel.
Finish : Long, lively, and crisp with a soft, clean warmth and lingering hints of citrus peel and soft spice.
Serve : Serve ice-cold neat straight from the freezer, over fresh ice with a twist of lemon, or as an elevated base in a classic Vodka Martini or Moscow Mule.
