J.P. Wiser’s 27 Year Old Mizunara Oak is an extraordinary Canadian whisky, aged to cask strength in rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks. With Mizunara trees taking up to 200 years to mature, each cask is a true rarity, bringing a bold, complex character to this rich amber whisky. Plum, almond, fig, sandalwood, black tea and honey lead a full, layered palate, supported by aromas of green apple, vanilla cake, cherry, chocolate, toffee and nutmeg, with a lingering cinnamon and caramelized chocolate finish. Rooted in tradition and perfected by time, this limited edition release reflects the soul of Japan and the spirit of Canada. A limited edition crafted for collectors and connoisseurs, delivering a singular, time-refined experience.
